1. The Ultra UV is operated by a pressure switch and the pump must be on. Check if the multi-speed pump is at a high enough speed to make the pressure switch come on, and the filter is clean.
  2. If this is a brand new install the Instructions state “You must take off the lid and connect the loose wire to the pressure switch.” This wire is left off, so the unit will not come on until the pool is ready to be started.
